Not sure which tests you need?

Checkup programs list dozens of tests, and it is hard to tell which ones fit your age, family history, and current health.

Adding every test makes the day longer, and some tests need preparation, such as bowel prep before a colonoscopy.

How your checkup is planned

03

How your checkup is planned

When you book, you fill in a health questionnaire. A doctor reads it and suggests the standard checkup plus any added tests.

On the day, every test is on one floor, and our staff take you from one room to the next in order.

A checkup cannot find every condition, and some results call for a follow-up test. Which tests suit you differs from person to person.

04

Checkup steps

01

Book online or by phone and fill in the health questionnaire.

02

A doctor reads it, and we text you your tests and how to prepare.

03

Fast for 8 hours before the visit. If you have a colonoscopy, start bowel prep the day before.

04

On the day, register at reception and go through the tests in order.

05

7–10 days later, receive your report and go through the results with a doctor.

06

If a result needs a closer look, we arrange a follow-up test.

Questions about checkups

Can I add tests on the day?

Some tests need fasting or bowel prep, so please choose them when you book. On the day, we can add only the tests that time allows.

Can I be sedated for an endoscopy?

Yes, once a doctor confirms it is suitable for you. You cannot drive for the rest of the day, so come with someone or by public transport.
