Prices and dates that keep moving
Many remodels start with a rough estimate and grow as the work goes on. Extra items appear once the walls are open, and the move-in date slips week by week.
Owners take time off work to check the site, because nobody tells them what was done each day.

We measure the space and agree on the design, the materials, and every line of the quote before work starts. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, we show you a photo and the price before we do any extra work.
One site manager runs the job from demolition to final cleaning and coordinates every trade, so you have one number to call.
Every working day, you get photos and a short note on what was done and what comes next.

Before you book a visit
Can we stay at home during the work?
For a kitchen or bathroom, usually yes. For a whole-apartment remodel, we recommend staying elsewhere for the noisiest two to three weeks.
What if we change our minds during the work?
Tell your site manager. We price the change, update the schedule, and go ahead only once you agree in writing.
Can you remodel a shop while it stays open?
For small shops, we can work at night or in stages so you can keep trading. We plan this during the site visit.
