Small food makers often ship with general couriers. Boxes wait in warm trucks and sorting centers, and nobody can show the shop how cold the food stayed on the way.
When a shop refuses a delivery, the maker has no record of what happened and pays for the lost goods.

03
Our drivers collect from your kitchen in the evening and load each box into the right zone of a refrigerated truck. Chilled and frozen goods never share a zone.
Sensors in each zone record the temperature every five minutes from pickup to drop-off. If a reading goes out of range, the driver and our control room get an alert.
After delivery, you get a photo of the drop-off and the temperature log for each box, ready to forward to the shop.

Every reading from pickup to drop-off, taken every five minutes.
The driver photographs where the box was left, with the time.
We deliver before shops open, through the key box or back door agreed with each shop.

Tell us what you ship, how often, and where to. We send a quote within two working days.
We visit your kitchen to plan pickup times and packing.
Send a trial delivery to one or two shops and check the temperature log together.
Book deliveries by 17:00 each day on our web page or by uploading a spreadsheet.

Our trucks hold the temperature, so most goods ship in your usual crates. For long routes we supply insulated boxes at cost.
The driver and control room get an alert, and we call you before the delivery. The log shows when it happened and for how long.
