EV charger housings
We machine and anodize 40,000 aluminum charger housings a year, with a 0.3% reject rate at final inspection.
Washing machine parts
A home appliance maker that bought 14 separate stamped parts now receives one welded, inspected module from us.
4.Before you send an RFQ
Q.Do you take prototype quantities?
Yes. We machine 1 to 50 prototype pieces in 7–10 days and carry the same program into production.
Q.What quality records do we receive?
Every lot ships with a first-article report and dimensional data from our CMM room.
Q.Do you build the tooling?
Yes. Our tool room designs and builds injection molds and progressive dies in-house.
