What the job looks like

What the job looks like
01

Projects, not one-off orders

You follow each project from site visit and layout to delivery, working with our planners and install crew.

02

Leads come to you

Most leads come from inquiries and returning clients, so your time goes to visits and proposals.

03

Company car and laptop

Client visits use a company car, and travel time counts as working time.

03

Hiring steps

  1. Week 1

Send your CV. We reply to every application within a week.

  2. Week 2

First interview with the sales manager, about 45 minutes.

  3. Week 3

Half a day on client visits with an account manager, then a final interview.

  4. Start

Six weeks of onboarding: product training and accounts shared with a colleague.

04

Before you apply

Do I need to know furniture?

No. Products and layout basics are part of onboarding. Experience selling to business customers helps.

How is commission paid?

Monthly, on projects delivered and invoiced. The rates are written in your offer letter.
