Campground rentals
A lakeside campground rents out 80 RC-T2 tents and RC-CH chairs each summer and replaces broken poles on site from our spare-part kit.
Hiking club
A trekking club outfits its guides with RC-TP45 packs for a 21-day ridge route.
Bike touring shop
A bike shop sells an RC-BB bag set with each touring bike and fits the bags before handover.

Dealer questions
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Poles, buckles, and zippers stay in stock for every current model and for five years after a model ends.
Is there a version for rental use?
Our rental line has thicker floors and reinforced stress points. Prices are on the dealer price list.
How do warranty claims work?
Send photos and the model code. Approved claims are replaced from stock within 10 days.
