2.Each store orders its own packaging
Store managers order cups and boxes from different wholesalers whenever they run low. Cup sizes and print colors vary from store to store, and some stores run out on weekends.
Head office only sees what packaging costs when the invoices arrive at month end.
3.One price list, one delivery calendar
We print your cups and boxes in our own plant and hold two months of your stock in our warehouse.
Each store gets its packaging every two weeks on the same weekday. Store managers can change quantities in our order portal up to two days before delivery.

6.1Can our stores test the cups before we order?
Yes. We send 200 printed sample cups of each size, so your stores can try them with hot drinks first.
6.2What if a store needs more before its delivery day?
The store places an extra order in the portal, and we ship it within two working days.
