About us
Callowmere Trading sources and imports goods for retailers, manufacturers, and food service companies. Our three main categories are food ingredients, textile and sewing materials, and household goods.
Customers tell us what they need, at what price, and in what quantity. We find the suppliers, check samples and factories, handle shipping and customs, and deliver to the customer's warehouse, so they deal with one importer instead of many overseas vendors.

What we do
Supplier sourcing
Sourcing staff in four overseas offices compare at least three suppliers for every item.
Quality checks
Our inspectors check samples before ordering and inspect every lot before it leaves the supplier.
Import handling
We book freight, prepare import documents, and clear customs. Food ingredients are lab-tested before import.
Delivery on your schedule
Goods wait in our bonded warehouse and go out in split lots when you need them.

From request to delivery
Send the item, target price, quantity, and delivery date.
We shortlist suppliers and send samples with a landed-cost quote within two weeks.
You approve the sample. We place the order and inspect the lot before shipment.
We clear customs and deliver to your warehouse, in one lot or split by month.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the supplier. Many items start from one pallet, and we can combine small items from several suppliers into one shipment.
Do you quote freight and duties up front?
Yes. Every quote shows the landed cost at your warehouse, including freight, duties, and our fee.
Can you source an item made to our specification?
Yes. Send drawings or a reference sample, and we find suppliers who can make it.
