- How does evidence-cited generation work?
- LabChure uses retrieval-augmented generation: every spec and number in your website is cited back to the source document, and a review gate blocks figures that aren't backed by your files.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Custom domains are available on Pro and higher plans — connect a subdomain like catalog.yourcompany.com in a few clicks.
- Which languages are supported?
- LabChure generates multilingual websites. The number of languages per project depends on your plan, from 1 on Free up to 10 on Business.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime. Manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription from the customer portal — changes take effect immediately.
Your documents, handled carefully

Stored in Korea
Your database records and uploaded files sit in Microsoft Azure's Korea Central region.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS on every connection, encryption at rest from our cloud storage, and passwords kept only as PBKDF2 hashes.
Never used to train AI
We do not train models on your content. Under their commercial API terms, neither do Anthropic, Azure AI, or Azure Document Intelligence.
Isolated per workspace
Your content belongs to one workspace. One customer's documents are never used to write another customer's brochure.
Deleted when you say so
Delete a file and its original, extracted text, and images go with it. Delete a project and its published page goes offline. Account deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
No card details on our servers
Polar handles payment as merchant of record, so your card number never reaches us.
