Who reads it

Purchasing teams and buyers checking your production and quality capability. They look at equipment, process, and quality system before they ask for a quote.

What to upload

Company profile · equipment, process, and capacity documents · certificates if you have them

Suggested design

Preview design: Strip · Oat · Every template can use any of the 20 designs. You can change the design after the brochure is made, and your content stays the same.

If something is missing

Certifications, customer logos, or history that are not in your files are left out. Capacity is shown as capacity, not as sales volume.

  • ✓Product, pilot results, and milestones written from your own deck and documents.
  • ✓Numbers like units in use or battery life come from your files, with claims your files don't support flagged before you publish.
  • ✓As you grow, re-upload a file and regenerate only the section that changed.

How it works

  1. 1Upload your documents — PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, HWP, images.
  2. 2AI writes each section from your documents and checks specs against the source.
  3. 3Publish to a unique URL, in multiple languages.

Frequently asked questions

Our deck changes every month.

Upload the new version and regenerate the sections that changed. Sections you edited by hand stay as you wrote them.

Can I leave funding details out?

Yes. Take those slides out before you upload. If an amount still appears, delete it in the editor before you publish.

We only have pilot results so far. Is that enough?

Yes. Upload a pilot summary with its period and site. The page calls it a pilot as your files do, and the review flags numbers it can't find there.
